Similar in appearance to the popular jalapeño, Serrano Tampiqueño seeds grow compact 2" long peppers without comprising heat. Registering at broad 10,000-25,000 SHU, the Serrano Tampiqueño is most popularly enjoyed raw, grilled, or pickled.
